Just like the Christians of the early Church, who “went daily to the temple and broke bread in the houses,” (Acts 2:46) we follow the Lord’s loving invitation to pray unceasingly through the daily offices: Lauds, Vespers, Compline, and in the divine sacrifice of the Eucharist, the summit of our prayer.
7:15 A.M. Lauds (morning prayer): Tuesday – Saturday
5:45 P.M. Vespers (evening prayer): Tuesday – Thursday
